I process organic, natural food from our region into lovely dishes that are seasonal. The food for my savory and sweet delicacies I get from organic farms in our region.I minimize the purchase in the supermarket and dedicate myself from deepest conviction to the topic of sustainability and eco-balance.
Do without all ready-made, artificial cake coatings, decorate the homemade pies, cakes and desserts with fresh flowers, fruits and herbs from my organic home garden of our bijoFARM , depending on the season.

This is where we prepare and serve exclusively organic, local, seasonal, natural foods in a range of tasty and wholesome dishes. We use only spelt flour and superfoods and our products are sweetened with birch sugar and raw cane sugar! Excellent organic coffee from TRIDOR, our local coffee roasting house, and our bioWILDROSENblüten, in-house dried organic wild rose flowers, combine to produce a blend of the fresh scent of roses and the enticing aroma of the coffee to produce the first Austrian ORGANIC ROSE COFFEEfrom our own roasting house. Enjoy it with all the senses!
